Returns & Refunds
**Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer**
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to return an order. We cannot accept items returned without a RMA. To get your RMA, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or are intentionally altered, unauthorized returns and returns shipped to us later than 30 days from the date of RMA may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect or are intentionally altered may not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 4 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will send you replacement parts as soon as possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns that arrive C.O.D cannot be accepted.
Once an order has been made it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return once you receive the item.
Note that all items are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt and document any damages with the shipping company. All damages must be reported within 4 days of receipt of the product. Please keep all boxes and packaging material along with the damaged item since the shipping company may wish to pick up the package for inspection. We require a picture to file a damage claim. Please take a picture of your damaged item and send to us with your order number.
We try our best to accurately display the colors of the products shown on our website. However, depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We will not be held responsible for misuse, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of the products.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refund will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping. Properly insure the items being returned as Fabshionist.com will not issue credit for damaged items; a damage/loss claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Shipping/insurance costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
